Measurable Quality
The decisive quality checks take place at the start of production. The first set-up and any further set-ups are checked and the part is measured and assessed in the measuring room. This preventive approach ensures product quality right from the start.
Of course, random sample measurements and the final measurement of the last part in the measuring room are guaranteed for every order.
We use a fully programmable Mitutoyo measuring machine.
The measurements are mainly carried out in automatic mode.
The measurement results and logs are saved or stored for ten years or more if required. Statistical evaluations such as machine or process capability are carried out at the customer's request or for our own analysis of production.
Quality must be produced, with us it can also be measured.
